Keep in mind my dear Leaders..... You are required to lead with dignity and truth. Striving for perfection in all your ways. Seemingly, not using your human nature for error. Truly, we all fall short of the Glory of God. Meaning we will make mistakes along, the way. Learn to separate your behavior, and man will look upon your dignity and seek change through Jesus Christ.
